4" Square Exposed Work Surface Steel Covers, Raised 1/2"

Application

•	Surface covers are used to support switches or receptacles in areas where the box is surface mounted or positioned in exposed work applications.

Product Features

•	Exposed work covers include required hardware for mounting the receptacle(s).

•	Exposed work covers meet the requirements of the 2008 NEC Article 250.146 (A).

•	No bonding jumper is required for covers with (1) crushed corners (2) two or more device attachment screws and (3) a lockwasher or equivalent.

•	Hardware and cover are packed in a poly-bag with printed catalog number, compliances and installation instructions.

•	Approvals: UL 514-A listed (E195978), CSA certified where applicable (LR-1082)

Helpful Hint
Remove a portion of the GFCI receptacle ear to mount device to 4" square cover.

Note
Cover without suffix "C" have no crushed corners and require longer screws to attach to box. Longer screws are provided with covers.
